Carol Day
Carol has vast experience of working with NHS organisations at both local and national levels. She began her programme management career in 1991 as a project manager for the NHS Executive, in a large national programme to implement a national community information system. From 1995 she worked for a number of consultancy companies – all working exclusively in the NHS. She was also involved in a pan-European programme looking at developing a business process redesign methodology that could be applied in any healthcare setting across Europe. This gave her exposure to the difficulties of working with different cultures towards a common goal. Since she established CDC Business Solutions she has worked across all health sector settings as a programme manager, change manager and project manager for a number of organisations, directing and delivering large programmes across multiple NHS trusts.

Anne Joint
Anne is a programme and project manager with 20 years business administration experience encompassing all areas of organisations. She has a strong background in IT consultancy in the public sector, especially in the NHS, having worked for various management consultancies. A self-motivated team player with proven programme, project and team management skills, she is adept at multi-tasking and problem solving.

Lisa Chapman
Lisa is a qualified project manager with over 10 years experience in the NHS, working with all levels of both clinical and non-clinical staff. She has the negotiating and influencing skills to ensure the delivery of project milestones. Her leadership and management ensure a fair delegation of workload consistent with effective decision-making whilst making sure that service agreements and deadlines are met. Lisa has exceptional organisational skills, and her self-motivation and methodical approach to her work are demonstrated at all times. She has a professional attitude and is a proven team player.

Eileen Fairclough
A senior NHS Manager with 20 years of experience at director level in trusts, the Strategic Health Authority and at regional level, Eileen has worked in the service improvement, organisational and performance areas. She set up the NHS change team for the London-wide CRS programme. Currently, she is working as a senior consultant at Imperial College Healthcare Trust where she is leading the CRS change programme and is a key member of the programme management team. Eileen has extensive experience of working with NHS senior managers, leading and developing teams and supporting complex change.

Christina Meehan
Christina is a paediatric nurse and manager with NHS experience spanning 22 years, in both managing, improving and developing new services in acute NHS Trusts. She spent five years outside of the NHS with Business Objects Business Intelligence Division as an application manager. Following this she returned to the NHS as a clinical subject matter expert in the National Programme for IT Care Record Service for three years, where she has developed extensive knowledge of CRS systems whilst also enabling and facilitating the engagement of the NHS clinicians. In the past year Christina has been working for Barts and The London NHS Trust supporting the clinical change aspects of the CRS system upgrade, whilst also working with the wider service to improve processes that support national NHS targets.

Catriona Rowland
Catriona is a project manager with 17 years experience in the NHS encompassing different roles within the healthcare sector. She has a strong background in IT and clinical practice, and is a practising neonatal and paediatric intensive care nurse. She has recently been working on A&E implementation and real time recording. Catriona has proven project management skills and is used to working with both clinical and non-clinical staff within organisations.

Pug Nayak
'Pug' Nayak trained at Guy’s, King’s and St Thomas' Medical School, with medical qualification in 2003. He completed his basic surgical training at Newcastle University Hospitals with a specialist interest in urology. Throughout his training Pug expressed a passion for information technology in the healthcare environment and through self directed learning has attained a high level of understanding of IT systems both within the healthcare sector and general application. In 2008, he moved to CDC Business Solutions to fully dedicate his time to the configuration and deployment of the Care Record Service Acute solution at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, where he demonstrated a great work ethic and interpersonal skills.

Elizabeth Hewson-Hesketh
Elizabeth has worked as a critical care nurse in the NHS for over 30 years, and is still a practising nurse. She has seven years experience as a nurse/business manager for critical care services. She then spent nine years as a directorate/general manager in theatres, anaesthetics and pain services. She has been working for the last three years as a change manager, supporting the complex change processes for the CRS implementation.

Kevin Hall
Kevin is a senior manager with significant commercial experience and managing Projects and Programmes with associated Sales/Cash milestones. With a background in Pathology and having worked for the leading UK LIMS provider for 10 years, Kevin has led contract negotiations and written contract schedules to suit deployment of IT systems to the NHS. Most recently, Kevin has been working on the programme delivering CRS to an acute London NHS Trust, and assisting Pathology in their procurement of a new LIMS.

Sarah Batson
Sarah is a project manager with considerable experience in working to tight timescales and delivering measurable results. With a 20 year history in IT, sales and project management in the City, Sarah has led sales campaigns and managed large infrastructure deployments. Currently, Sarah is working on a CRS stabilisation project in an acute London NHS Trust.

Subramaniasivam Natarajan
'Shivam' has over 18 years of providing healthcare and healthcare management experience and over eight years of experience in Health Information Systems design, development and deployment. He has performed multiple roles in the Connecting for Health (CfH) programme including programme manager, design lead, clinical transformation lead and change lead. He has been integral to the deployment of Cerner Millennium in six large hospitals outside of the NHS programme and understands its full functionality as well as the design issues. A surgeon by background with a complete understanding of clinicians needs and NHS processes, Shivam has been working on clinical transformation and clinical engagement at CfH for the last five years and knows the requirements of the NHS as well as the challenges posed by such a large IT programme.

Push Nayak
Pushpak is a skilled project manager and IT professional with 5 years experience in healthcare IT and business optimisation. He has a background in IT consultancy in the NHS having worked as an NHS employee and as an independent contractor. A highly-motivated team player, with excellent interpersonal skills and strong work ethic, Push has built excellent relationships with previous employers and has a proven track record in Project Management. With an ability to work with all levels of staff, Push is able to solve complex problems working within a team or by himself.

Robin Shrubsole
Robin has 19 years experience of working within the NHS, including working at GE Healthcare Ltd (formerly IDX Systems UK Ltd) and Cerner Ltd. In both these roles he was involved in deployment of LPfIT systems working with BT, LPfIT and the NHS client sites. Robin is currently working with the CDC Change Team reviewing business processes, procedures and the completion of process maps in relation to the implementation of Cerner Millennium at Imperial. He has vast experience with CRS system testing, completion and execution of Cerner Millennium test scripts. Also, Robin is a methodical, enthusiastic, confident and committed team member.

Zoheb Shah
Zoheb is a 2008 Brunel Law graduate who excels in all environments. He enjoys working in a team but is also very capable of delivering individual tasks. He joined CDC Business Solutions in April 2009 as a project support officer and is currently working for Barts and The London NHS Trust, assigned to the Care Record System (CRS) Team. Zoheb is a driven individual who strives for the best and has a positive dynamic influence in any organisation. |
